Knote i1101 touch screen drivers OR Win10 iso

I just re-install English Windows 10 in my Knote but the touch screen and audio are not working. Please help me with drivers or win Iso image. The KNote-WIN10RS3-180202 is not iso and couldn’t make it bootable.
